Great expertise and consistent communication throughout our experience. We ordered two blackout bedroom blinds and shutters for a large sitting room window. When we went into the shop initially, we felt in good hands, they knew exactly what we wanted and sent someone out to measure up for us. They were able to guide us in chosing the right style of shutter for our room and put the order in then and there.we had to wait several months (as is the case with everything now) for the shutters to arrive but they came and installed the other two blinds in the meantime. They consistently kept us updated on the arrival of the shutters and the minute they were in, they came and installed them. We are delighted with our purchases and would recommend this company.
